To get a quote for an insurance or financial services product, you will need to answer a number of questions with the insurance broker or insurer. If you use the online form you will be answering questions that will be provided to a broker or insurer.
Your answers will determine the amount you pay and the level of cover you receive in case of insurance or type of product most suitable for you. It is very important that you answer all questions truthfully and that you immediately disclose all relevant facts.
If you do not provide your insurer or financial services provider with the information they have asked for or fail to tell them about any change it could invalidate your insurance or product.

We aim to resolve your complaints as soon as reasonably possible, usually within 48 hours.
If this is not possible we will send you an acknowledgement within 5 business days of receiving your complaint letting you know what we are doing to resolve it and when you can expect further contact from us.
As soon as we have completed all enquiries into your complaint we will write to you confirming details of our final decision. If after 4 weeks we are not in a position to provide details of our final decision we will confirm the reasons for the further delay and provide details as to when you may expect our decision.
If after 8 weeks our enquiries into your complaint are continuing we will again confirm the reasons for this and provide details of when you should expect to receive our final decision. At this stage we will also provide an explanatory leaflet from the Ombudsman in the event that you wish to take your complaint further.
If you are unhappy with our decision you may appeal to the Ombudsman within 6 months of us issuing our final decision letter
If your complaint is regarding an insurance policy or the financial service product you purchased and with whom we introduced, then you should complain direct to that company. Talk Once cannot accept liability for errors made by the underlying provider or answer complaints on their behalf. In such an event we recommend you do the following:
Write to the Managing Director of the actual provider. You can obtain this information from their website or from the documentation sent to you when you bought the insurance/financial services product.

Please note that insurers may exchange information with other insurers through various databases to help them check information provided by you and also to prevent fraudulent claims. We would also advise you that all insurers supply details of motor insurance policies to a database to which the police and other insurers have access. This helps detect people who break the law by not taking out insurance and insurers to pursue claims following accidents. In the event of a claim, the information you supply and the claim form, together with other information relating to the claim, may be put on the Registers. It is an offence under the Road Traffic Act to make any false statement or withhold any material information for the purpose of obtaining a certificate of insurance.
Any personal data that you supply to Talk Once Ltd or authorise Talk Once Ltd to obtain from a third party will be used by Talk Once Ltd (i) to administer the competition; and (ii) to contact you about an insurance quote other competitions or about other goods and services which Talk Once considers may be of interest to you.
In order to process, record and use your personal data Talk Once Ltd may disclose or sell it to (i) any insurance/financial services company; (ii) any organisation (whether or not connected to the Talk Once Ltd) for the purpose of bringing to your attention goods and services which Talk Once Ltd considers may be of interest to you; (iii) any person to whom the Talk Once Ltd proposes to transfer any of Talk Once Ltd rights and/or responsibilities under any agreement the Talk Once Ltd may have with you; (iv) any person to whom Talk Once Ltd proposes to transfer its business or any part of it; (v) comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of Talk Once Ltd in any country; and (vi) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime.
