Insurance Call Centres Back to Britain Please
Despite The UK Taxpayer Having To Prop Up Many Financial Institutions Many Companies Are Repaying Them With Continuing Job Losses
For years there has been a gradually loss of UK based insurance call centres to off shore alternatives. The reason being, apparently, is the ability of these countries to deliver insurance call centres that are cost effective and a reliable alternative to any UK offering.
Despite years of negative feedback by some groups to the way in which communication is dealt with by some off shore administration teams and overseas insurance call centres it seems some companies are still reluctant to consider the UK alternatives.
What is even more worrying is the fact the current economic recession is continuing to claim more and more UK jobs and given the fact the British Government have stepped in heavily with tax payers money to prop up so many financial institutions it somewhat smacks one back in the mouth that many financial institutions are continuing to shed more UK jobs in preference for the more ‘business efficient’ offshore alternatives.
Maybe if the top, and lets face it well paid brass in some of these institutions were capable of actually creating cost effective opportunities in the UK rather than just buying an ‘off the shelf’ off shore alternative we might spark some life back into the redevelopment of the UK establishment otherwise we will continue to lose more UK jobs and any chance of ever rebuilding our once prestigious status of a world leading country.
