Endsleigh sells out totally to Zurich

Having managed to control 45 percent of the Endsleigh personal lines insurance business Zurich have now taken over control following the buy out of a further 40 percent that was retained by senior management.

This buy out now sees Zurich putting a placement for direct competition with personal lines insurance companies such as Swintons, the AA, and Budget. Endsleigh have over a hundred outlets across the nation with over fifty on students campuses. The National Union of Students has 15 percent share in Endsleigh personal lines insurance but the product range is now like to be extended with the acquisition from Zurich.
