The issue of replacement vehicles and courtesy cars has been a talking point for a number of years and indeed a lucrative business for hire firms who provide such vehicles particularly in matters of non fault accidents where personal injury claims and courtesy cars go hand in hand because such costs can be recovered from the defendant insurers.
