Although the name Allianz Cornhill was created in 2003 the history of the company goes back to 1905 when Cornhill Insurance was actually born as a Fire Insurance company by Willis Faber.

It wasn’t until 1924 that the first car insurance policy was written. Allianz Cornhill are now one of the UKs largest and best known general insurance companies following over a hundred years of development and acquisitions.

Allianz Cornhill not only offer motor insurance but they also offer a wide spectrum of insurance products for private, personal lines and commercial insurance. As well as being a household brand Allianz Cornhill are also synonymous with British Cricket by being a regular sponsor for a number of years since their first venture back in 1978.
